Recommended with strong and structured flavour dishes, like roasts, cotechino (stuffed pig’s trotter), salami. Excellent companion of “bevr’in vin” typical in the Mantuan cuisine.
In summer served chilled it becomes a companion for cold pasta and summer dishes.
It perfectly pairs with freshwater fish dishes, white meat, roasts and mature cheeses.
It is also recommended as an aperitif for lovers of fresh and fruity wines.
